I don’t really have anything in particular to say, but I feel like I’ve been neglectful of the ol’ blog. In part, I think, it’s because I haven’t had internet for something like sixteen days now. Broadstripe should be around tomorrow to reinstate it.
Tomorrow I also need to get some film developed and have CH60MP print some enlargements of older photos that I can put above my bed. As it stands, I have six 8×10 photo frames hanging there with identical pieces of paper in them: the one that was in there when I bought them—placeholders for when I get around to taking photographs of people of importance in my life.
I need to cut back on my alcohol consumption. I’ve had a five-day weekend from work and I’ve probably drunk four out of the five days. I’ve had such an awesome past seven or eight days. I’m really enjoying this summer already and I’m very excited to see where it goes from here. I just don’t want to wake up in a stupor every morning of it.
