Solitarity

I think that when people want to be with someone—I mean really want to be with them—they will do pretty much whatever they can to make it work. Think of some of the sacrifices and compromises you’ve made in the past for the sake of a relationship.

It’s comforting to know that even at my most hurt, vulnerable, self-righteous—whatever—that I have kindred spirits in different time zones.
