im uber inrigued at this insight that you are reflecting on. this is definitely art school thinking and expressing. a thoughtful post keith and good thesis to “college” or w.e. that relatively means.

I was very cynical when you were here, wasn’t I? I think I use that as a kind of self-depricating humor (i.e. defense mechanism).

I read this article at work, though, and it actually made me super hopeful. I’ve been feeling I’m in a better and better frame of mind actually in the last couple weeks. I had that conversation with my coworker and with my friend who told me that it gets better and, though I don’t feel all that much less lost all the time (or as much as I did a few months ago), I certainly feel less alone. Which is nice.

And that’s definitely in large part thanks to you and Meahgan being a constant source of support. So, thank you.

Looking forward to visiting Bellingham again at some point, too :)

Haha. Who did you talk to after we left? Because today (yesterday?) I sensed this new appreciation for you set skills, whereas yesterday was more cynical.

Hahaaa! Good point. I think I probably reached for the check because that’s what I was on my way to do at the time. It was probably the first thing that came to mind, albeit unconsciously.
